In order to comply with section 1.2.2.2 of the NPCA Manual, management or designated representative shall hold safety meetings with plant personnel a minimum of once every month. In order to comply with section 4.1.3 of the NPCA Manual, all forms and forming equipment (including pallets, headers, truing rings) shall be measured prior to initial use and not less than annually for dimensional conformance with applicable tolerances.
